Each international collaboration opportunity needs a clear purpose, clearly identified beneficiaries and defined responsibilities for each party. A small, clearly scoped trial with defined outputs can be a useful place to begin.
The approach
The proposed approach turns a broad idea into a focused test with a purpose, limits and a way to review what happened before considering a wider plan.
Define the problem, who faces it and what needs to change before choosing a programme, tool or partner.
Agree on a manageable piece of work, its owner, resources, output and the point at which to review it.
Separate what was observed from what was hoped for, then decide whether to continue, adjust or stop.
Programme concept
The proposed 12-week and 24-week pathways combine learning, practice, a personal venture plan and a guided real-world project. This personal website presents the programme concept; the provider, schedule and participation terms will be published once confirmed.
