Who receives enquiries and how to contact her
Le Kim Uyen personally receives enquiries. You can send questions about your personal information to uyenkimle.investor@gmail.com.
Information you send and how it is used
If you choose email, phone, WhatsApp, Zalo or Facebook, the information you voluntarily send may include your name, email address, phone number, message or proposal, and any attachment you choose to include. This website currently has no contact form.
That information is used to reply to you, understand your needs and discuss the learning or collaboration proposal you contacted her about.
Retention and third-party channels
If no collaboration results, contact details and correspondence managed by Le Kim Uyen are kept for up to 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted from the accounts and channels she manages.
If a collaboration begins, retention of information needed for that work will be addressed in a separate agreement; the 12-month period above does not apply to that case.
Correspondence is held in the email account or app for the channel you choose. Email providers, phone services, WhatsApp, Zalo and Facebook may also process or retain copies under their own policies; Le Kim Uyen does not control their retention periods. Please review the policy for your chosen channel before sending information.
Access, correction, deletion and concerns
You can ask to access, correct or delete information you have sent by emailing uyenkimle.investor@gmail.com. Le Kim Uyen will review your request and respond directly by email.
If you have a concern or complaint about how your information was handled, email a description to the same address so Le Kim Uyen can investigate and respond.
